He has provided my husband and me with a great buffet of caesar salads, garlic knots, crispy tender chicken parms, and a lasagna made from his own personal recipe! Everything was exceptional. This was for a party of 120 guests. We came back the next day to his restaurant for seconds...the Beast was there! Working as hard as he has been since we met him only a couple of weeks prior.
