Grilled Chicken Skewers
Marinated and flame-grilled chicken skewers served with a variety of dipping sauces.
Our edible spoons are available in 19 flavors and allow for endless customization. Past examples include: Corn Salsa with Seared Scallops, tuna poke bowl bites.
Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls
Fresh pulled chicken breast meat, topped with spicy buffalo sauce.
Chicken & Waffle Bites
Hand breaded chicken breast, buttermilk waffles, and our chipotle aioli.
Edamame & Corn Quesadilla
Edamame beans, Sweet Corn, Monterrey Jack cheese, Roasted Red Bell & Poblano peppers.

Short Rib Empanadas
Six hour slow, braised short ribs combined with 90-day aged Manchego cheese and stuffed into a fluffy empanada dough.
Butterflied shrimp tossed in our breadcrumb & coconut mixture. Lightly fried and served with our Hawaiian dipping sauce.
Antipasto Mozzarella Kabobs
Fire roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh mozzarella, marinated artichoke heart on a handheld skewer.
Lobster Pot Pie
Mini tartlet shells filled with lobster, mirepoix, seasoning and a creamy bechamel sauce, topped with flaky buttery bread crumbs.
Smoked Salmon Bites
Smoked Norwegian Salmon, cream cheese and whole wheat crostini's.

Moroccan Lamb Lollipops
Lamb mixed with mild curry, spices and raisins for a touch of sweetness, then rolled onto a lollipop stick and dipped into a pistachio crust.

Skirt Steak Fajitas
We start with 44 Farm skirt steak and marinate it in our secret recipe overnight. It's then flame grilled, tossed with onions and bell peppers for the perfect beef fajitas. Served with your choice of Spanish or Cilantro Lime Rice, Charro or Refried Beans, Pico De Gallo, Shredded Cheese, Lettuce, Jalapenos and Sour Cream, Guacamole, & Queso. Flour or Corn Tortillas.
New York Strip Steak
44 Farms Strip Steaks that are blade tenderized, dry aged and seasoned with our house blend of steak seasoning; grilled over an open flame and topped with our homemade mushroom cream sauce.
California Stuffed Chicken
Butterflied chicken breast stuffed with chopped spinach, sundried tomatoes and locally sourced crumbled goat cheese; finished with a balsamic glaze reduction.
Thinly sliced free range chicken breasts, breaded with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese & spices. Pan fried, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked to a cheesy deliciousness. Served with fresh spaghetti marinara.
We start with locally sourced chicken and use a mixture of breasts and thighs. Our chicken is marinated overnight and then flame grilled, and tossed with onions and bell peppers. Our alcohol infused push pops are made with all-natural ingredients and super premium spirits. Each pop packs a punch with a minimum 10% ABV (Alcohol by Volume) and are sure to be a hit with the crowd. If you’re not completely sold, all of our popsicles are vegan and fat free!

Our New York Cheesecake is made with Philadelphia cream cheese, graham cracker crust, and topped with our homemade champagne berry glaze.

Gourmet Donut Wall
Full-size donuts topped with fun and creative toppings such as Oreos, Frosted Flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Maple Bacon, Marshmallows & Graham Crackers, and more! Our full donut menu available upon request. Our donut wall is customizable, and we can put a hashtag, phrase or cute saying on the wall so it’s truly personal!
Omelette Station (Made to Order)
Guests can order their own custom omelette while choosing from a variety of ingredients and our chefs will make them fresh on the spot! Our chefs only use cage free eggs from local farms.
Fresh Belgian style waffles prepared by our chefs with a variety of toppings and mix-ins! Each waffle is plated with fresh strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream and syrup.
Great for office functions or conferences, our breakfast bars include a wide variety of muffins, fresh bagels & cream cheese, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, and individual cereal packages. Every breakfast bar also includes regular & decaf coffee, a selection of creamers & sugars, as well as orange juice and bottled water.
